The Seller & Purchaser agree to the following 12 conditions of sale:
1. Your kitten has been raised with the most loving care that it can possibly receive!
It has been properly socialized, and litter box trained.
2. Preceding pick-up your kitten was: bath/blow dried, ears flushed/treated (Iodine/water;Tresaderm), nails clipped, eyes cleaned, and coat groomed.
3. If the cat/kitten is found to have unacceptable health, excluding minor problems that could occur from the stress of the trip, Seller agrees to replace the cat/kitten
with one of equal value when available, but only with a proper veterinarian report. NO cash refunds.
4. The kitten comes with a 1 year Health Guarantee: If kitten should die, or euthanasia become necessary due to congenital health reasons, then the purchaser shall
provide evidence that the kitten has been receiving proper and regular health care by a licensed veterinarian, and a Veterinarian Death Certificate stating reason for
death or euthanasia (This contract does not cover veterinarian expenses that may occur in this process). The Seller agrees to replace the cat/kitten with one of equal
value when available (there is no guarantee of color). There will be NO cash refunds for kitten, and No reimbursement for veterinarian costs!
If however, the kitten’s death or euthanasia occurred due to negligence of proper daily care, improper diet, or health care (to include regular veterinarian visits),
then the guarantee becomes void.
It should be understood that this doesn’t mean that your kitten will never get sick, or need medical attention during the duration of this contract;
And it should also be understood that this contract does not cover any medical expenses that may occur during the duration of this contract.
5. Purchaser has three (3) working days from the date of sale to take this kitten to a Licensed Veterinarian, at their own expense, to attest health condition of the kitten.
By mailing a copy of the Veterinarian Health Report to Seller the Purchaser activates the Health Guarantee.
6. Purchaser agrees that this cat will be an indoor pet.
7. Under NO circumstances will this kitten/cat or kittens from this cat be sold to or given to any pet shop, laboratory, or any similar facility.
8. If this kitten/cat is found to be neglected or of ill health for an unreasonable length of time, purchaser will surrender the kitten/cat to the seller unconditionally
without refund.
9. The seller does not guarantee this kitten / cat does not or will not ever have internal or external parasites like fleas, ear mites, worms, or etc.,
because a feline can pick these up anywhere. The kitten has been wormed and treated for parasites as needed before being released.
10. Unless purchased with breeding rights, buyer agrees to neuter the cat between 5 and 6 months of age.
11. Buyer understands that the color of the kitten purchased is the best estimated color at the time of purchase. Kittens may change color slightly or significantly with
age; NO exchanges or reimbursements are made due to color. (We will do our best to never release a kitten until we are relatively sure of the kitten's proper color.)
12. Attorney fees and court fees which should arise from breech of this contract will be paid by the purchaser of the kitten/cat identified herein.

DEPOSITS
I can not hold a kitten without a Deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, so be sure before placing a Deposit.
You can, however, transfer the deposit to another kitten that is available on our Available Page.

originally planned. Deposits will be considered payment for boarding, grooming and lost opportunities for placement
if the buyer changes their mind for any reason other than defined in the contract.
